Return Policy

If you wish to return your artisan piece, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mundotreasures@gmail.com. The item must be returned to our location in Maryland within 21 days from the original delivery date to qualify for a full merchandise refund.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 72 hours of inspection.

Please note that all promotional and sale items are final sale.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations made shortly after order placement are subject to a 3% non-refundable transaction fee to cover payment gateway charges.
